Meghna Jain is a Director in the firm and specializes in Valuations and Transfer Pricing. She is a Chartered Accountant ,a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) and a Commerce Graduate from the University of Rajasthan. She is also a Registered Valuer, a member of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and a certified holder of Diploma in Information System Audit offered by ICAI. She has previously worked in the Transfer Pricing department in Pricewaterhouse Coopers & Co LLP (PwC) for 2.5 years. Her work experience includes handling Valuations for companies in NCLT litigation, fund raising, etc. and handling Transfer Pricing compliances of various MNCs.
